PLANNING AND SCHEDULING ENGINEERS

🔎 We are looking for:

We are now looking for experienced PLANNERS and SCHEDULERS for various industrial investment projects all over the world. Work tasks include managing and facilitating the project planning processes and working closely with the project team. The work will last approximately for four years. You can basically work remotely, as long as we get the practical things in order, for example time zones. We would like you to visit Finland and/or France from time to time, because some of your project team is located there. Our headquarter is in Vaasa, Finland.

📍 Location: Worldwide / Finland / France

📝 As a Planning & Scheduling Engineer, you will:

• Set up the project schedule environment using approved templates and modify those together with the Project Manager to fit the project needs
• Take identified issues into consideration when needed to develop and control the schedule
• Identify the project critical path, monitor it closely, and communicate any changes to the Project Manager and other team members
• Actively engage and work with Project Management Team, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant customer representatives as well as other stakeholders
  

🏆 To succeed, you:

• Have experience in defining, setting up, refining, and using project schedules and compiling schedule reports in the project planning system
• Are technically proficient in scheduling software like MS Project, Primavera P6, Safran
• Have successful experience from industrial investment projects f.eg. from the field of chemical process, energy, pulp, and paper, or other industrial construction
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. In one project we also require good French language skills.
