Sales Executive, Project Services

🔎 We are looking for a Sales doer! Is it you?

We are now looking for an enthusiastic Sales representative to join our growing Project Business. You are either a young talent or already seasoned professional. You will be part of energetic team and work with industry leading companies. In our Project Business we offer Project Resourcing, Project Management Contracting (PMC) and PMC Tools and Control Services for Industrial Investors, Project Contractors and Technology Providers' large Capital Investment Projects. In this position You won't be just cold calling customers, but really making new deals all the way from finding the leads to developing the right solutions to customers, and to finally closing the sales. Ideally You would work at our headquarters in Vaasa, but we do have offices also in Tampere and Helsinki. The work is fulltime and has great opportunities to grow into Segment and Account Management roles in the future. 

📍 Location: Vaasa / Helsinki / Tampere, with good hybrid remote possibilities

📝 In this role, you will: 

• Reach out to new customers and solicit inquiries from the market
• Build trust within the customer base to get quality sales leads
• Define customer needs and generate service solutions and proposals accordingly
• Master in using CRM (Pipedrive) to plan and execute your sales actions
• Specify the project resource needs for your sales cases
• Take part to our resourcing process in cooperation with project resourcing and recruiting
• Close the sales with the support of our project team
• Grow into one of the leading Sales reps in the field
  
  
  

🏆 To succeed as a Sales Executive, you:

• Have worked in sales positions or have aptitude to act in such a role
• Are an excellent customer servant with mindset of a hunter
• Are a great communicator with customer reps up to senior level
• Are driven and eager to work really hard to achieve your goals
• Have experience preferably from solution sales, project management, engineering, industrial management or construction
• Have fluency in Finnish and English languages
