Pulp & Paper Engineer

🔎 We are looking for:

We are hiring professionals for modernization, commissioning, and start-up projects in the pulp and paper industry. Positions are open in mechanical and electrical installation supervision, commissioning, and start-up. These are full-time project roles with durations ranging from a few months to over a year – including long-term possibilities.

Projects are global – we’ll match your experience with the right opportunity. Travel and accommodation costs are fully covered by us.

📍 Location: Sweden

📝 As a Pulp & Paper Professional you will:

• Supervise equipment and production line installations or handle commissioning/start-up activities
• Work closely with the project manager and technical experts on-site
• Operate in international environments, coordinating with contractors and production teams
• Troubleshoot independently and ensure smooth project progression

🏆 What we expect from you:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles in the Pulp and Paper industry
• Familiarity with commissioning and start-up processes in various pulp mill areas
• Technical understanding of installation practices and safety regulations
• Fluent English; Finnish or Swedish is an advantage
