Mechanical Supervisor / Manager
We’re seeking experienced Mechanical Supervisors / Managers to strengthen our industrial project teams. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical systems and equipment — ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are all met.

📍 Location: Finland
📝 As Mechanical Expert you will:
- Supervise site activities and ensure quality of mechanical work
- Follow up on project schedules and budgets
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Act as the point of contact between client, designers, and contractors
- Inspect work phases and materials
🏆 What we expect from you:
- Educational background in mechanical engineering or related field
- Several years’ experience in supervision, quality control, or management of mechanical installations
- Good knowledge of regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Skills in project management and documentation
- Ability to work independently and ensure project progress
- Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
- Proficiency in digital tools (project management, documentation software)
