Be our Summer Talent 2026

We’re looking for Summer Talents to join us in Vaasa, Finland for summer 2026:

• Summer Talent for IT tasks

• Summer Talent for Finance duties

• Summer Talent as Assembly Team Lead

• Summer Talent in Global Mobility

Jobs are available full-time from May to early autumn, but of course talents also need to be on holiday, so we are quite flexible in terms of working hours.

📝 As Summer Talent, you will:

💻 IT tasks: 

• Support daily IT matters and user issues

• Troubleshoot and solve IT-related problems

• Help colleagues with systems, devices, and tools

• Work independently while providing service-oriented support
  
  

💰 Finance: 

• Process purchase invoices and travel expense claims in ODOO

• Verify invoice details and approvals

• Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers

• Support other finance-related administrative tasks when needed
  
  

🔧 Assembly Team Lead: 

• Support and coordinate daily assembly team operations

• Handle administrative tasks related to team work

• Act as a link between the team and Operations Managers

• Ensure smooth teamwork and accurate daily execution

✈️ Global Mobility: 

• Support international employee assignments

• Help manage mobility-related information such as relocations, work permits, and country-specific requirements

• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure smooth mobility processes

• Maintain and update global mobility data and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  
  

🏆 To succeed, you have:

• A relevant background for the role you’re applying for (studies or early work experience)

• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

• A proactive, hands-on mindset and a team-player attitude

• Fluency in Finnish and good English skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility

Plus: You are at least 18 years old by the start of your employment
