Are you ready to take on challenging and rewarding role as an Industrialization Engineer?
With us, you will play a key role in ensuring successful industrialization projects and take proactive actions to support processes.
📍 Location: Vaasa
📝 As a Industrialization Engineer you will:
Lead Industrialization projects
Lead and support safety development actions / projects
Lead and continuously improve bulk material process
Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
🏆 To succeed, you have:
Background on mechanical, electrical or automation engineering or similar experience in working life
Understanding of manufacturing processes in order to reach world class safety, quality, delivery and cost results
Fluent team working skills and experience in working in manufacturing environment
Good problem-solving skills, courage to challenge yourself and positive mindset
Knowledge of LEAN method
Good communication skills both in Finnish and English
