Conveyor Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Conveyor supervisor with a background in mechanical engineering and work in pulp mill operations. The ideal candidate has experience working in pulp mill power plants and recovery lines and has been involved in troubleshooting, maintenance and improvement work related to production equipment. This person understands the importance of safe operations, high quality maintenance and reliable production.

📍 Location: Sweden/Finland
📝 As a Conveyor Supervisor you will:
• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance work in the pulp mill power plant and recovery line.
• Lead troubleshooting and improvement work related to production equipment.
• Plan and supervise maintenance shutdown activities.
• Coordinate replacement and maintenance work related to valves, motors and pumps.
• Support smaller repair work including mechanical repairs and welding when required.
• Plan maintenance work and resources and ensure high quality execution.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with plant procedures.
🏆 To succeed you:
• Several years of experience in maintenance work in pulp mill operations.
• Experience from power plant and recovery line maintenance.
• Experience in supervising maintenance teams (7–12 employees).
• Experience in troubleshooting and improvement of production equipment.
• Experience in planning and supervising shutdown maintenance work.
• Experience with valves, motors and pumps maintenance.
• Knowledge of woodyard conveyor systems.
• Experience with industrial cranes.
• Experience with stacker and reclaimer equipment.
• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• Fluency in English.
