Dear Future Colleague,
I am writing this cover letter to you as I am looking for a new key person to join our HR team and strengthen our Global Mobility Services at Prohoc. 🏆
As our business continues to grow internationally, enabling smooth and compliant cross-border work becomes more important than ever. To succeed in this, we need someone who can take ownership of our global mobility services — and that’s where you come in.
In this role, you will combine hands-on operational work with development. You will work closely with our Global Mobility Specialist and act as a trusted advisor to our business, helping us make smart, compliant, and people-focused decisions in international assignments.
🌍 What would you do as a Global Mobility Manager?
Lead and develop global mobility policies, processes, and ways of working.
Manage international assignments end-to-end, from planning to repatriation.
Support business leaders in planning assignments (e.g. compensation, compliance, cost estimates).
Ensure compliance related to international tax, immigration, and employment regulations together with HR, Payroll, and Finance.
Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders and external partners globally.
💫 This role is for you, if you:
Have 5+ years of solid experience in global mobility, international HR, or a related field (either in-house or in consulting).
Are able to turn complex regulations into clear, practical guidance for business and employees.
Have experience managing international assignments and working with external partners (e.g. tax, legal, EOR).
Enjoy working across functions and building strong collaboration with stakeholders (HR, Finance, Payroll, Sales, Operations) of course with strong interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment.
Have a structured, development-oriented mindset and enjoy improving processes and ways of working
Are fluent in Finnish and English; Spanish is considered as an advantage.

PS. The employment is permanent, with six months long trial period. In addition to that, you can work in Helsinki or in Vaasa. Me and most of the other team members work in Vaasa, some other colleagues in Helsinki.
