Project Planner
We are now looking for a Project Planner for our customer's projects. Work tasks include managing and facilitating the project planning processes and working closely with the project teams. This is a continuous, office-based role, with a possibility to work remotely.
📍 Location: Finland
📝 As a Project Planner you will:
Maintain project progress to ensure schedules are met
Take identified issues into consideration when needed to develop and control the schedule
Identify the project's critical path, monitor it closely, and communicate any changes to the Project Manager and other team members
Actively engage and work with the Project Management Team, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant customer representatives as well as other stakeholders
Work either from Vaasa where most of your team is located, or remotely from elsewhere in Finland
🏆 To succeed you will:
Have experience in defining, setting up, refining, and using project schedules and compiling schedule reports in the project planning system
Are technically proficient in scheduling software like MS Project, Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud
Are someone who has a solid amount of experience with the Primavera environment and planning, but also interested and skilled in digitalization and development.
Have successful experience in industrial investment projects f.eg. from the field of energy, pulp, and paper, or other industrial construction projects.
Have excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Finnish and Swedish are an advantage.
Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to tight deadlines and changing project scopes
