Prohoc is a company focusing on empowering projects by delivering professional project services. We provide information management, construction management, manufacturing and project management services and products for industrial customers and for our project partners.

We are seeking for a customer oriented sales and business professional to lead our sales and account activities.  

As a CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER your main tasks are to create and maximize our customer value creation and sales team performance. You enable our commercial performance, drive that performance and growth in line with our values, commercial planning, budgets and forecasts, ensuring targets are met and, where possible, exceeded. You play a key position in taking Prohoc group of companies commercially to a new league.

Your responsibilities and tasks include

  • Driving value creation, sales and customer management
  • Creating business and go-to-market strategies
  • Developing new deals and showing leadership in closing them
  • Developing new value driving initiatives
  • Developing new sales channels and markets
  • Driving brand awareness
  • Ensuring we have the most empowered sales team

What we expect from you?

You have excellent people serving skills and demonstrated leadership character. Your Finnish and English skills are superb, and you are globally fluent traveler and possess great culture awareness. You have ability to drive team and customer happiness by making every encounter matter.

Your excellent networking and social skills allow you to quickly turn every encounter into a pleasant moment with you. Industrial project business should ring some bells, and things run smoothly with our customers since you are somewhat familiar with of our customer segments ie. power generation and transmission, pulp and paper, oil and gas, marine and process industries to name a few.

You have suitable technical or business degree and proven results from your earlier career within sales or customer account management.

You are preferably located in Vaasa, Tampere or Helsinki. Other locations might also be possible.
