🔎 We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to build and develop our key customer relationships and drive business growth within the company’s most important accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent relationships with existing customer, generate new business opportunities and drive business growth.
🏆 As a Strategic Account Manager, you will
- Build and manage long-term relationships with high-value customers, aligning their business goals with tailored solutions and services within the energy and marine sectors.
- Lead business growth and identify new opportunities within existing accounts and generate new business through customized proposals and strategic sales efforts.
- Ensure customer delight and proactively manage customer needs, resolve issues, and strengthen loyalty.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and a customer-first approach.
- Manage the full offer and contract process with clarity and compliance.
- Track and report on account quality, sales metrics, and forecasts to support ongoing improvement.
- Provide strategic insights by staying informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
🚀 You will succeed if you:
- Have a background in energy or marine projects, with site experience in commissioning, field services, or project management.
- Have an understanding of 4-stroke engines and multidisciplinary site operations is an advantage.
- Are solution-oriented, commercially minded, and driven to build strong customer relationships.
- Are eager to develop towards a business development role with a proactive, people-first mindset.
- Are fluent in Finnish, English, and Swedish.
- Have a readiness to travel internationally approximately once a month.
