🔎 We are looking for a Sales Lead to build and develop our existing customer relationships. Also, you will drive business growth by handling new customer acquisitions and their development. As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent relationships with all customers. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with hands- on experience from projects and project execution in Energy and/or Process industry from an OEM organization.
🏆 As a Sales Lead, you will
- Build and manage long-term relationships with customers, aligning their business goals with tailored solutions and services within the Energy, Pulp and Paper sectors.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and generate new business through customized proposals and strategic sales efforts.
- Ensure customer delight through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and loyalty-building initiatives.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure a seamless service and project delivery.
- Manage proposals and contracts ensuring clarity, compliance, and mutual value.
- Track and report on customer quality, sales metrics, and growth forecasts to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic insights by staying informed on industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics.
🚀 You will succeed if you have:
- Hands-on experience from complex, international and multi-disciplinary new-build or service projects.
- Practical work experience from site in commissioning management or field services, and/or in challenging project management roles, gaining a deep understanding of stakeholder expectations and communication on different organization levels.
- Understanding of project execution or commissioning management practises, with a general knowledge of how multidisciplinary teams operate on-site.
- A customer first attitude and a solution minded approach.
- Great networking and relationship building skills.
- Willingness to grow towards a commercial business development role.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to meet people to forge and nurture strong customer partnerships.
- Fluent written and spoken Finnish, English and Swedish.
- Possibility to travel as this role requires domestic and international travelling
