I am writing this cover letter to you since I am looking for a new colleague to our Sales Team At Prohoc. We want to provide our customers excellent service and partnership, and to be even more successful, we need you on our team. 🏆

As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in growing our Original Equipment Manufacturers customer relationships and finding new opportunities in Energy, Pulp & Paper sectors. Your role includes managing customer accounts, leading sales initiatives, and turning opportunities into successful long-term partnerships. In addition, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, support project execution, and stay ahead of industry developments.

I assure you won't be alone because in this position, you’ll get to learn from true sales superstars who mainly are based in Vaasa and basically knows everything there is to know about this job (humble brag, but true).

This role would be a great fit for you who:

• Have solid experience in workforce, or resource sales, especially within industrial or project-driven environments
• Understand how to match customer needs with the right talent and service solutions, even in complex and technical contexts
• Have a customer-first mindset and a drive to grow into a broader business development and strategic account role
• Enjoy meeting people and building long-term relationships
• Speak Finnish and English fluently. Proficiency in Swedish is considered as an extra asset.

PPS. The basic salary range is approximately 3000 - 5500 € / month based on your experience.
