Dear Future Colleague,
I’m writing to you because I’m looking for a new colleague to join our Strategic Accounts sales team. We want to provide our key customers with the best possible service and partnership — and to be even more successful in that, we need you on board. 🏆
As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll take a central role in developing and deepening long-term relationships with our important customers in the Energy and Marine sectors. You’ll be responsible for growing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and aligning customer needs with smart service solutions. Together, we’ll make sure that our customers feel understood, supported, and excited to work with us.
Your job responsibilities include managing account strategies, leading the offer and contract process, tracking customer development, and sharing valuable market insights. In addition, you’ll work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth execution, a high-quality customer experience, and measurable business growth.

🚀 You will succeed as Account Manager, if you:
- Have experience in project business or field services, preferably within Energy or Marine industries
- Understand how to match customer needs with the right talent and service solutions, even in complex and technical contexts
- Speak the same language as engineers and site professionals
- Have a solution-oriented and commercial mindset — you see opportunities and take initiative
- Enjoy building long-term partnerships and thrives in a customer-driven role
- Speak fluently Finnish, English, and Swedish.
- Are open to occasional international travel (about once a month)

PS. This is a permanent position with career development opportunities. We work flexibly — I’m based in Vaasa, but some colleagues work from Helsinki, and also remotely. The basic salary range is approximately 4000 - 6500 € / month based on your experience.
