Are you a Mechanical Engineering Expert with experience in energy or pulp projects? As Chief Project Engineer, you will lead the mechanical engineering scope from design through delivery in an exciting industrial investment projects in Finland.

📝 In this role, you will:

  • Lead mechanical design, procurement, and technical implementation
  • Ensure discipline-level compliance with all standards and specs
  • Conduct safety checks and quality inspections within your field
  • Coordinate closely with electrical and civil teams
  • Review and approve mechanical documentation and drawings
  • Support planning, scheduling, and risk management


    🏆 What we expect from you:

    • Background in mechanical engineering within energy or pulp sectors
    • Experience leading mechanical teams in large projects
    • Experience communicating with customer technical teams
    • Fluent English skills (Finnish is a plus)
    • BSc or MSc in mechanical engineering or similar
