We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Chief Project Engineer, Civil works to lead Civil engineering in one industrial investment projects in Finland. You’ll be responsible for civil engineering scope from design to delivery, ensuring safety, compliance, and top-quality execution.

📝 In this role, you will:

  • Lead the civil engineering design, procurement, and execution
  • Ensure alignment with Finnish standards, EU regulations, and customer specifications
  • Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and other project disciplines
  • Conduct inspections and manage project risks related to civil works
  • Support project planning and scheduling from the civil perspective
  • Review and approve drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation
  • Oversee safety and quality in your engineering area

    🏆 What we expect from you:

    • Several years of experience in large-scale industrial projects in a civil engineering lead role
    • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and collaborate with various stakeholders
    • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and project timelines
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills
    • Fluent English skills (Finnish is a plus)
    • BSc or MSc in civil engineering or relevant field
