Civil Work Supervisor

🔎 We are looking for:
Experienced construction professional who is interested in supervising civil works on industrial construction sites. As a Civil Work Supervisor, you will have a chance to solve challenges and reach for goals. You will have various supervising and monitoring duties and you can utilize your knowledge of construction work and project work. Are you the one we are looking for as a Civil Work Supervisor?
📝 As a Civil Work Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise the construction team and subcontractors
- Carry out, edit and review quality assurance inspections, reports and other project documents
- Review specifications, drawings and reports to ensure compliance and program
- Have an excellent working knowledge of construction methods and project work in general
- Monitor, control and report quality, delivery time, cost and scope of the works in the projects
🎓 Your education and language skills:
- An appropriate technical degree in relevant area (BSc. Engineering or similar)
- Good written and spoken Finnish/Swedish and English
🏆 To succeed, you have:
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Problem solving skills and systematic ways of working
- Ability to work under pressure
- Forward thinking and goal focused mindset
- Readiness to travel as required
- Experience in large energy, mining, oil&gas or other industrial construction projects
